Welcome!

I am one of the longest-serving hypnotherapists and weight loss coaches in Ireland. I am in private practice in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland where I run The Mayo Hypnosis Clinic.

I created the Rapid Change Therapy (RCT) method in the nineties. This therapy creates the fastest and most profound mindset change. I specialise in weight management, anxiety, and smoking cessation

I have performed over 30,000 inductions and innovated many life-changing subconscious strategies. have helped thousands of people over the decades create a life free from limiting habits and debilitating emotional problems. I also want to help you change YOUR life.

I created the "HypnoSlim" programme in 1995 the "Freedom From Anxiety" programme in 1998 and Quit Smoking Without Willpower" in 2000. Those programmes are exclusive to Mayo Hypnosis Clinic and are unrivalled in their effectiveness.
